I can't believe I only just discovered Volcanic Coffee Boutique Roastery the other weekend. Where have they been all my life?! There's something about local, family-owned and operated businesses that give them that something extra special. They are now my first stop at Saturday morning outings to the Taupo Riverside markets.

    It doesn't get much than a coffee with freshly roasted beans! I think I have just experienced the best ever Trim Latte!
