I am so fortunate to have discovered a Gem of a Dentist! I must begin to say I absolutely hate the big over stocked , over staffed, Big store like Dental companies. I always felt like , the next in line, a mere number , impersonal and like sheep ready to be sheared ( sorry i am a true Waikato farm girl.:) ) A Friend recommended Dr Plessis van der Mewe . How kind and talented. he is. He explained everything and took time to sit and discuss the options. I had three implants done and was never more happy! .Sanett is so kind too and gave me a free facial three monthly treatment. Thank you Dr Plessis , you have changed me from a nervous wreck to a relaxed follower ;-)

The Dentist Plessis van der Merwe ( no he is not related to the Rugby guys) worked all over the world, and our family of five is so happy we found him. Firstly my wife who is a Interior Designer loves how this place looks. ...more like a relaxing Spa we thought. I was grumpy when we arrived , the previous guy I went to broke the tooth, and I had to have it surgically removed!, and I was in a lot of pain. Sanett the receptionist and assistant calmed me by immediately applying an ice pack and offered my wife something to drink, how COOL! Although Plessis was still seeing someone else he immediately came out checked if I was not allergic to any med and gave me a shot of anesthesia there and then. Man was he spot on . 15 minutes later I could not feel a thing. He told me he would use some laser to cut away on the gum and that I woulnt feel it. This was true! Just a soft and gentle beep and then he told me there will be some pressure. his assistant warned me that I will hear a clicking sound and something about loosening of the legaments. The soothing music, melodic voice of the assistant and assuring and gentle way of this dentist worked! I could not believe after about ten minutes i had what was left of this tooth and roots in my hand. They gave me very good instruction on how I had to rinse with salt luke warm water and gave me a script for antibiotics. I was ready to work the next day. Thanks Mate! we are so glad you made NZ your home ! You will have all the Moss's friends and family. You rock.

I actually did a grab one deal just bacause a friend at work mentioned this Dentist is good. As all KIWIS do we are pretty much on GRAB ONE during lunch breaks and when a friend saw the Dentist in the ad, she shouted me a clean and polish at White Crystal Dental. I made an appointment and the angel voice told me when to come in . I knew I had some work that urgently needs to be done. The moment I walked in lovely music was playing in the back ground and I was offered a drink from a menu.i had Sparkling water with a slice of lemon ever so lovely presented. The Dentist was brilliant! I never felt any pain , not even the needle. NOTHING. I was booked in September at another Dentist for a Implant but cancelled and booked with Dr Plessis. He is so Specialised .

I am so impressed with this excellent service and the way I was treated at White Crystal. The Dentist is a true surgeon and I will never ever go to anyone but Doctor Plessis in the future. The place is so beautiful and Artistic. It's more like a day Spa . I felt like royalty and was treated as such. I had no confidence and walked around with a gap in my mouth. crowns is so costly but Doctor Plessie created new teeth with fibre strands and a fancy composite material. I can not thank you enough . My husband was in shock and couharbor believe it. "you look like a movie star " he said. thank you, money can not repay what you have done for me.

I had to have three wisdom teeth surgically removed. a whole op. The sedation was perfect and I felt so relaxed. lovely music was soothing my body and soul and the reassuring voice of Plessie , my wonderful Dentist was music to my ears. I could nt believe it when he touched my arm and said all was done ,over and OUT ! He is a specialist with surgery! I recommend this brilliant Dentist to every one in the whole Auckland, No I mean NZ !
