I know bagels aren't all that great for you - but when it comes to takeaways on the run and you have the choice of some dirty deep fried fattiness, or a bagel - I always go with the bagel. Pilgrim is my favourite on a sundried tomato basil bagel...Am getting hungry just thinking about it...Nom nom
