In 2014 I had hit an all-time low of living in crazed anxiety for too long. There were a number of things that were contributing to the problem, some out of my control, but many of them were entirely my fault. Nobody else could be totally blamed for the way things were, and nobody was going to wave a magic wand to get me out of it. I knew I had to make some significant changes to gain some sort of control of the chaos and clutter that was my life. When you hit rock bottom the only way to go is up…and so I decided to rise, get up and get going, with a husband and kids I didn’t really have an option, and so I got to work. I learned how to simplify and make serious changes in my house and home that made a huge difference for me and my family. The very first thing that I did was completely decluttering my home, it was a game-changer, to say the least.Removing the visual clutter from your physical space, not only clears space for movement but also frees up visual noise as well.
