          My names Anne and I'm your Therapist at Xtralife Massage.  Trained at the New Zealand College of Massage in 2003, I have a diploma in Therapeutic Massage.  My focus is on enabling people to gain optimum empowerment in physical, mental and emotional rejuvenation.   Sometimes people need to find some calm in a warm nurturing environment with soft music, other times the body needs assistance in repair when muscles need  toning and flushing metabolic wastes from the body to start healing processes.  I also offer information on on-going home care such as stretches to maximise the massage benefits.  Your body is the most valuable thing you will ever own so please don't wait until you are in chronic pain.
