Each session includes stretching, hatha poses, yoga breathing techniques, and relaxation; it is suitable for all ages and abilities. Bring own mat and blanket.

Be Kind to Yourself - Practice Yoga. I really believe in the healing potential of a regular yoga practice. We live in a busy world, so it becomes especially important to make time for yourself. Yoga is an excellent way to achieve that time, and in the process experience calm, balance and healing in the body, mind and soul.
