Yuzu Japanese Restaurant Eden Terrace

Yuzu Restaurant is a little gem of a place tucked away on central Auckland's Symonds Street that, once you discover its charms, may just well become your local Japanese.

There's a sushi bar along the narrow interior of the restaurant, where you can pick up a selection of fresh hand-rolled sushi, sashimi and nigiri to go or to eat in. The menu features a great range of Japanese specialities such as donburi, udon, bento boxes and teriyaki. Best of all, tucked away at the back of the place is a fantastic little sunroom - warm and bright on sunny days, or moody and atmospheric on overcast ones.
