I enjoy the food at Zarbo, and the service is good. The seating could be a lot better though.

Not the place to go if you're looking for cheap eats, this is a top-notch cafe and deli. A great range with some great options across the board.

Love the selection of food they have here - LOVE the Deli and gourmet food there - so yummy and delicious.  Popped in for breakfast before work and all I wanted was a bagel with cream chesse - deliciously simple ! Great location being in the centre of Newmarket, but parking can be a hassle if youi just want to pop in for a quikc bite !

We went there for a high tea recently and were impressed with the amount of food.  You definitely won't leave hungry if you try this.  The deli also has a great range of treats and has long been a favourite on the Auckland scene.  You do need to book for the high tea as they can get quite booked out.

Large, busy, spacious cafe/deli with delicious food. Great gourment sauces and treats for present ideas.

Down the end of Morrow Street in Newmarket is the perennial classic that is Zarbos.  There's a huge variety of fesh food and lovely salads to choose from and, of course, they do great coffee.  Zarbo's is also a great place to get presents for hard-to-buy-for types, why not get them a box of real Turkish Delight shipped in from Turkey?  Or a real Scottish Haggis? Or, if you've money to burn, buy a Zarbo's food hamper. There's plenty to choose from.  Zarbo's also do catering for your posh function and this is where they excel.  They're not cheap, but they're all quality and you won't be disappointed.  call them for a chat. The only issue with Zarbos as a lunch venue is it's too popular!  You're packed onto fairly uncomfortable chairs, you wait aaaages and the acoustics make the place very loud.  It is gagging for a makeover.

Oh man, their French toast is the best! Bacon, berry compote, maple syrup, marscapone. And only $12.50! Yum!

The best chicken wrap in Auckland I reckon. You've got to get there before 12:30 to secure one though.

The coffee is great.  The service can be a little sour.  The food is scrummy and the clientele are great for overhearing scandalous conversations. I often pop over here after shopping at 277.  There is a great place to hang out down the back where you can get far away from the madness of Newmarket.
