A Deco offers a new approach to NZ cuisine, using Northland’s wonderfully fresh and diverse produce working closely with local suppliers and growers to create menus which are in tune with the seasons.
A Deco is a four time finalist in the Cusine restaurant of the year and has been judged the top Northland restaurant for the last eight years.
Renowned for outstanding food and great service, the restaurant is set in a luxuriously-furnished 1939 art deco house with subtropical gardens.

I love the way these guys use in-season food for their menu. This means you get the full winter experience with really fresh vegetables and premium local meat presented in an incredibly appealing way. Everybody loves being treated to fine dining every now and then! I recommend making a night of it and reveling in their cosy restaurant with thick velvet curtains and trying their winter delicacies.
