By far the best, most friendly cafe I know! It seems like ever time I go here I'm treated with a big smile, a good scene of humor and great food and drink! This places deserves an award for all the functions it helps run, and all the effort they put into being a lovely local cafe!

When the rain's pouring, Alleluya in St Kevin's Arcade is one of Auckland's best spots to park up. Great food, coffee and company - with plenty of boutiques and vintage stores right by you to check out once you're done refuelling. With a wall of windows, it's also as close as you'll get to being outside on a rainy day while remaining bone dry!

It’s been a while since I’ve eaten at Alleluya cafe. Usually I just stop in for a coffee and roll out. Today I met a friend there for breakfast and ordered the eggs Benedict with salmon. I could barely get through the mountain of food that arrived which is a nice change from the miniature morsels that are sometimes delivered at other cafes. The eggs were perfect, the hollandaise just right and the salmon plentiful and delicious. Recommended.

Tucked away at the back of St Kevins arcade is Alleluya Bar and Cafe. A K’rd institution, it is a great spot to grab a coffee, something to eat and have a good people watching session. The light filled arcade is a great place to rest weary legs as long as it’s not too hot. I usually go for the bagel if I’m hungry or one one of their delicious cakes/slices if I’m in the mood to nibble on something.

Utilising the St Kevin's Arcade space on K Rd is Alleluya. A local institution, the café has been resident for nigh on 19 years, and well-deserves its reputation as one of the best around. The coffee's great, as is the food (try the Eggs Bene with Spinach ($14), or treat yourself to a slice of one of their many cakes. It's also super kid-friendly, with lots of space for buggies, and a dedicated area with toys for the littlies that'll keep them occupied while you take a moment. That said, if they've got lots of energy to burn, grab another coffee to go and duck down the stairs to the playground in Myers Park.

Great coffee and friendliest staff.  If I'm walking down K Rd on a summers morning I can't resist going in and getting my fix.

Stopped in here to have a coffee, and it was delicious! The vibe was really nice and relaxing, great location too! Friendly staff, two thumbs up

Had the most delicious lunch here a while ago - they had a special of these croquettes..Tasty!  This place is good for doing pretty good food that's not stupidly expensive. Lovely chilling out when the sun is shining into the arcade. Coffee's usually pretty good too.

It might be a steep climb to reach this cafe. But it’s worth it. Start your auckland tour here or even end it. It’s a great place to sit down for a while and let the relaxing atmosphere take over.

This is one of those awkward cafes where you feel like you're intruding if you spend longer than 5 seconds making a decision - but the cabinet cakes are like nowhere else in the city and the atrium seating has an incredible view over Myers Park. Go with company.
