This airport is rated one of the best airports in the world. Customer service is fantastic and it’s easy to get around. Parking prices are a bit steep however.

    Pretty straight forward to drive to- good airport. Quite long so it’s a bit confusing where to go for which airline but you can easily walk and find out. Clean, decent signage and big parking lot available- bit expensive. Have come here many times to both domestic and international for pick up, arrival and departures. Nice food places. Overall, good airport

      It's such a contrast when you leave Auckland and arrive at LAX. Auckland airport is great. Really beautifully and easy to get around. LAX is ugly and chaos. I've been flying in and out of Auckland for 10 years now and the airport is always changing and improving. I love flying home. Its a top airport

        I am really stoked to see the changes that have been made to the airport over the years, they are really growing and changing with the times. And it has shown the with awards they have won recently. I love going to the airport for either leaving or picking up, it's always a nice clean, friendly environment as well.

           our airport I beleive is so clean and tidy. It is also drenched in our kiwi heritage which is so nice and a great feeling when you are siting in the departures lounge- knowing your coming back to such a beautiful country. I beleive the deal you get for parking is good. the staff is very changeable but that is undertandable becuase there are so many people working there

            Auckland Airport must be one of the MOST stressful places to work in the country with people going all over the place and these guys do it all without breaking a sweat. the customer service is always very helpful and will take into consideration all of your plights and circumstances to give you the best experience possible. the layout is very easy to follow and everything is clearly labelled and signposted so you can get lost even if you tried.!!!

              I have flown out of Auckland International Airport 3 times this year so far and every single time it has been absolutely amazing. There have never been any issues, even with my 3am check in times, and it has always been a pleasurable experience. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. I think Auckland International Airport is definitely a competition to airports around the world!

                I usually fly out once or twice a year from AIA and all the times have been a pleasurable experience. The lines have been quick, security checks hassle free, and the Duty Free is always well stocked. One really nice thing about this place is that it is really clean, one of the cleanest airports I have ever been in. AIA is also great at finding a quiet spot before a flight since they have seats scattered all over, not bunched up like most airports.

                  I find this place great, clean and efficient. There are quite often queues and people are always there in masses but thats what you expect at an airport. The staff are smiley and friendly which can not always be easy. But lets be honest when you are at the airport it is quite often to start a holiday so you are generally in a good mood and the staff and service you receive just add to this.

                    Auckland airport used to have a place that you could entertain the youngest members of the family whilst waiting to board a plane but not anymore. There is no suitable playground for them & only a small timezone which cost money (& on top of paying for lunch & parking who has the money for that) Also on the topic of money there is a very limited lunch menu for a family so taking your own is the only option. But the people are lovely & helpful even helping us when our car battery went flat
