I really enjoy shopping at Avon's - the meat is excellent and the special offers really do make it worth the trip. Friendly service and homemade sausages that are fantastic.

I have been going to Avon's for years. I really enjoy the meats that they sell and I especially look forward to the Christmas hams. The guys that work at Avon's are great too - they really know their stuff.

Easily the best old style Kiwi butcher in town.  No one around beats their bacon, steaks, award winning sausages and especially their hams at Christmas time! Years of genuine experience in the butchery business, friendly staff, easy parking and some of the lowest prices around. Forget the watery, grey meat at the supermarket and make Avon's your regular!

I've been shopping at Avon's for many years and would not go anywhere else for my meat! Award winning sausages are amazingly tasty, home cured bacon is delicious, Hams are scrumptious, Steaks and other cuts of meat are always fresh and simply mouthwatering every time.. Great advice...full stop, they have even helped with cooking tips!! ANYTHING you want.they will go out of there way to prepare,and with out a doubt, the best tasting ever! had my daughters b'dayb recently and got a whole ham...mmm still have peaople asking for more,and the rolled beef ,well..lets say were on meat duty now.thank guys.see you next week.

Looks like the mad butchers meat can be beat! Such good quality meat. You will never want to eat a sussage from any where else once trying theirs! And all the other selections are fantastic! The price is fair and the service is grand! If u want something made they will do it for you! Such a enjoyment going to a place where people generally care and help and take pride in there business! Will always get my meat from there! 

These guys are great - the service is friendly They cure their own hams and bacon and make homemade (award winning) sausages. They have some excellent special offers on the go at the moment -  really is worth popping in.

I live in central Auckland and regularly drive out to Avon's to grab supplies. There service is second to none and their quality of product never disappoints. Their extensive range of gourmet sausages are simply scrumptious! No Sunday breakfast is complete without Avon's delicious smoked bacon Big thanks to the Avon crew!

Avons butchery has a great selection of fresh meat produce, from award winning homemade sausages to my favorite red wine garlic marinated steak. Their prices are competitive and their service is great! Their staff will cut to order and if you want something special for a dinner party you only have to ask. Nearly forgot to mention their home cured hams with their secret family recipe, you will never eat a supermarket brought ham again after trying one of Avons!
