We've just gone through a total kitchen renovation which has been made 10x easier by having such a great electrician. Richard has been incredible to deal with throughout the whole process. He turned up same day to quote,and was always there when he said he would be. Final pricing came in as expected with no surprises and it was a big job - 100% recommend, He is now "our" electrician!
Phoned to make a booking for the following week, as soon as Richard heard it was an oven and Hobbs job and we couldnt cook, he rejigged his morning to come around 40 minutes later. Friendly, FAST, efficient and gave me a number of options on repair/replace or combination job and likely costs. Not pushy and calm reasonble approach. Also answered some questions on other electrical stuff around the house and what could pop up in the next few years on this older property. Was concerned the job would be too small to get anyone to come, but he answered right of the second ring, excellent. He is coming back to do some other stuff, and I wouldnt bother if I didnt feel he was reliable. Thanks Richard.
