Richard is hands down, one of the quickest and most serviceable repairer I have been in contact with. He has managed to attend to our issue within 1.5 hours of being in contact with him. He was prompt with his replies, and very clear on his charges upfront (prices were also very reasonable). He also provided an explanation as to why the issue occurred. Highly recommended!
This is the second time we've had Richard from Beck Electrical come to our home. Couldn't be happier, the first time he installed our oven, and this time he installed a 32amp spa pool. He was really helpful with our needs, as we needed a safe temporary connection while we waited to build the deck for it to sit on... Richard was extremely helpful, and went above and beyond our expectations. You won't be disappointed with Beck, they are punctual, they don't muck around.
Received brilliant service from Richard, I now have a power point to heat up my hot water- he explained everything in a very clear manner and the reasons for it. Richard provided really great service, he explained clearly everything that needed to be done and why, and was on time and very thorough. I would recommend him to any customer who wanted a knowledgeable, experienced electrician who is a good guy to deal with - very polite and helpful. On Friday 5.10.18 Richard came to to check the switches and electrical board in a 1940's house we had just bought. During his check he found that there was old wiring that was dangerous and needed replacing. He couldn't do it that day as it was a big job, but said he could come on the following Monday 8.10.18 to sort out the wiring and make it safe He finished the job on the Monday, replaced the wiring, old light fittings, putting in new lights and switches etc. We were very pleased with his work and prompt service. Another job well done by Richard as we have used him numerous times over the last 7 years to sort out electrical issues.
Excellent service, professional and prompt. We had an extractor fan replaced in the bathroom and a new one installed in the toilet. Both times Richard ensured that we were satisfied with the work even where he had to go the extra mile to find a fitting that met our need. Much appreciated and would highly recommend to others!
