Besos Latinos Restaurante

Had a meal there with my mother and (mexican) wife. Absolutely loved it. Meals were not overly large, but the perfect amount for us. Anyone who complains about the size of the meals is simply being greedy or used to ‘supersizing’ their meals. According to my wife the food was very authentic mexican (other than the corn chips which were obviously store brought). The mini corn tortilla were just perfect, and my steak was devine and coooked medium rare to perfection (slightly char grilled with a little crunch on the outside, beauftfully moist in the centre) along with some of the best beans I have eaten in New Zealand. My mothers Quesadilla was tasty, filling and moorish and my wifes Chicken Flauta were exactly what she wanted. Service was both polite, efficent and the waiter was clearly of spanish origins, which was a very nice bonus.

Always a great atsomphere nestled in the wonderful Elliot stables in the CBD with very much a Melbourne feel ,Besos Latinos is definitely worth a visit . With live music , great ambiance , live dancing and hands down the best south American food I've tastiest in Auckland , it's a real hidden gem !

I recently saw that Besos Latinos were rated a 4.5 star in cuisine mag  hadn't visited for months . They have an updated menu and it's so worth checking out.I had an outstanding steak with a chorizo sausage ,the artisanal chorizo was 100% meat and the whole meal was fantastic .They even have live tango dancers every Thursday by the NZ champions and live music on Friday nights . Very cool ! 

Great Authentic food, well priced, excellent friendly service and a very cool atmosphere. I highly recommend it 

I just went to Besos for the first time and LOVED everything about it. It was my partner's first experience with Mexican/South American food and she too, adored it all. the service staff were excellent, the menu varied and with plenty of options for every budget, and things we were unsure of were promptly explained. The food was just delicious, as were the cocktails and decor. Highly recommended!

went there with a cupon from one of the offers sites, ended up spending 3 times that! place is so authentic and music too staff is fantastic and again they ad to the authenticity and the food is fantastic.
