    How do I join?

    Went to a couple classes here. Much more technically focused boxing than the other gyms I have been to. The facility is very basic but great if all you want to do is learn to box

      Its all about boxing here, nothing flash but the trainers do a great job. I've been going two years now and wouldn't bother with another gym.

        Really enjoyed my boxing sessions here have not been for a long time but if I was to go anywhere if would be here. Great instructors who push you and push you to your full potential. Defiantly worth the money and came out feeling like if really worked my hardest thanks to the instructor. Handy location too
