Love it here...Im not a huge Beer drinker but hey it doesnt matter as the food here is also fantastic. I love the little rooms that they have and also the Topless Bar (roofless). Great place to hire out for functions and even just to have for a work day lunch. But if you are a Beer lover then this is the place to go. With over 100 beers (local and imported) to choose from then you can not go past this place.
A well-executed restoration of an old building (it was the dockside police station) with a good swag of NZ & worldwide craft beers in the cavernous fridges. The tap beer range is mainly mainstream (Lion) but tucked away round the corner is a font with 2 or 3 craft beers on draught, plus a handpump dispensing the Moa beers. Definitely worth trying for that alone.
Handy to Vector, it's a great starting point for the evening. Bringing you beers from around the world, you will be spoilt for choice on which ale to have, don't worry girls the wine list is pretty good to. With the décor of Brew on Quay changing from room to room, there an area to appeal to the different customers who come. Brew's point of difference also comes in the form of its roof top bar. The only one of its kind in Auckland, the rooftop bar offers an ambience all of its own. To sit on the roof and have a brew with friends under the night stars can be romantic.
