I find myself here at least once a month to pick up random items for around the home. When you're working to a budget this is the place to visit! The dinner sets are a great buy with some really funky designs and there is a nice range of candles to choose from. When there is a big sale on it is always good to see that they have put extra staff on the check-outs to get customers through faster and to keep them happy!
Briscoes is for all you nesters out there who love to decorate and furnish your home sweet home. It's got everything you need for your bedroom, dining room, lounge, TV room, bathroom and kitchen. Being a manly man, I only go to Briscoes if I absolutely have to. The other odd thing I've noticed, they seem to have a sale every other week. So it really pays to wait for whatever you want to be on sale before you get it from Briscoes.
She who must be obeyed clued me in on Briscoes when we were setting up our bedroom. I had no idea there were so many different types of pillow! Feather filled, cotton filled, polyester filled, gel filled! Nevermind that some had lavender or sage in them! We found the perfect set (gel for me) which have been going strong for a while now. After that first eye opening (or should that be eye closing) adventure we’ve been back on a semi regular basis. Briscoes have phenomenal sale prices and a range that easily covers every room of the house. The great sales draw us in like moths to a flame and we’ve added a clear glass zip kettle (very cool to see the water bubbling away), a sandwich press, a coffee machine (great for lazy Sundays), placemats, a mirror, a microwave, my current electric shaver and much more! If your home is missing a certain something come take a browse and you’re almost sure to find it here.

My daughter needs a new backpack and I found after going through several bought elsewhere the one I got her at Briscoes is still going strong a year later.
