For a taste of Italy in Te Anau, I recommend Cafe La Dolce Vita. The desserts are a real highlight here and if I had it my way I would order desserts for all three courses (yes, they’re THAT good!). Try the Red velvet roulade and House made limoncello gelato. You won’t be disappointed!

    This quaint little cafe has some big flavours to offer! A summer favourite would be their homemade sorbet or pistachio ice cream. The fantastic staff that always put a smile on your face and ensure your dining experience pleasurable every time.

      For authentic Italian food with views of the spectacular lake, Cafe La Dolce Vita has all your bases covered. The pasta is made fresh and by hand on site - there’s a whole load of dishes to choose from including a handy kids menu for young families.
