Candyland in Taupiri is such an AWESOME spot to take the kids. They can marvel at all the sweet goodies and even learn how to make them! It’s totally worth the drive to Taupiri to explore this bit of kiwi know-how. At only $15 entry for adults and 410 for kids, it’s a bargain.

Candyland is exactly what it's name syas it is - SO MUCH SWEET, SWEET CANDY. I feel like a total kid when I'm wandering through the store of sweets. No doubt I've got a sweet tooth and Candyland must know it as they always have a selection of 'tasters' to test out.

Don’t worry! The sugar sweet Candyland, isn’t just about eating lollies. There’s a cute candymaking show hosted by Queen Candy & her elves and you can learn how to make your own lollipops and chocolates. What’s more, many of the recipes have been modified to suit vegan, gluten free and dairy-free visitors, and they’re trying to use raw, organic and fair-trade ingredients where possible.
