Just spent a night here and absolutely loved it.  The service was incredible.  The rooms were large and really nice with a good outlook and a huge 40" TV at the foot of the bed. Lots of extras like bath robes & slippers ( even in cheapest rooms), toothbrushes & amenities then the turndown service with choccy on pillow and bottle of water.  Nice touch. The bar was fantastic with free nibbles.  The breakfast in Eight was one of the most magnificnet we've ever seen anywhere. Now my partner is insisting we go back later in the year for 2 nights!!!! Top hotel choice - we won't be going anywhere else!!

    Last weekend was my anniversary so I needed a suitable gift for my partner (:D).  Since we had dinner bookings nearby I went online and got a room at The Langham for a very good price.  (The online site guarantees to beat any other online site.  $173 if booked in advance gets a classic king room. We arrived early and were offered another room but decided to stick to the one we booked on a slightly higher floor so happily went to the bar to wait the hour till it was ready. Tom ( a godsend to the place) took our order for a couple of strawberry dacquiries and arrived back with two bowls of complimentary nibbles ( all bar guests get these), two of the BEST dacquiries we have ever had and then informed us they were complimentary since we had to wait for our room.  WOW.. love the place already!! THEN... Carlos our wonderful man in reception came over and handed me a beautiful pink rose and said Happy Anniversary - your room is ready.  I LOVE THIS PLACE and they may need help to make me leave!!!! Opulent furnishings in an exceptionally professional yet welcoming environment makes this well worthy of its true 5 star rating.  Luxury at its finest. The rooms are lovely with lots of little extras.  We arrived in ours to find a lovely plate of chocolates with happy anniversary on it.  What a sweet surprise.   The bed was humungus and divinely comfortable. The service was exceptional at every moment.     We had a fabulous night.  I felt like a celebrity every time I walked through the hotel.  When we left they waved goodbye truly making me feel special.  I promised to return soon which I am going to do in September for my birthday - but next time I want to stay two nights...  I can't wait.

      Gosh where do I start! I've stayed here a few times now and each time, it still blows me away. The service is impeccable. The rooms are always gorgeously set up and the bedding and bathrooms are always very very clean and so comfy! I ordered room service on all of the occasions that I stayed, and not only did we receive the food quickly, but the service was fantastic as well. And the food, always hot and pure bliss to enjoy, they have a very good selection on the room service menu.  Another thing is that you HAVE to try the high tea when you come here. It was the most delish, scrummy treat. It is around $38, so its a treat, but oh so worth it! and they have a large section of different teas  Will be back again, very soon

        I only have a vague memory from going here. It was beautiful though there was chocolate dipped strawberries and beautiful club sandwiches . I also had a peek around the rooms there and everything is wonderful and even the toilets are fancy! Some friends of mine stayed there and they loved it. If you haven’t been here you will not believe what your missing out on!

            If you haven't been to High Tea at the Langham, you're missing out!  The sweet treats are amazing, large selection of fantastic tea's and the service is outstanding.  Its a must.

                  Professional caring service from the guys at the front door to the management. I got a room with a view and was made to feel important, when Im not really. The late check out was much needed after one heck of a large night on the inner city tiles. I hope to return soon.
