Delissi

They have an interesting small plate menu, which I like, so I can mix flavours and options. Delissi’s menu gets my taste buds going before even sampling. How does confit duck, potato, pinot onion, baby spinach and cherry jus sound?

Wow! The mussels chorizo in lager and garlic broth is amazing! ...and I mean really who doesn't love some beer in their soup?! Delissi is a sure bet every time. One of the best restaurant/cafes in The Mount.

Delissi is a great casual dining experience with high-end food. They employ the "small plates" system, where you’re encouraged to order a few things and share, which is personally one of my favourite dining styles. So why not go for the beef AND the lamb? The eye fillet is searcved with streaky bacon, dauphinoise potato, grilled corn & avocado salsa, blistered tomato & Béarnaise and port wine jus. The lamb rump is chargrilled and served with kumara, feta & caramelised vegetables. Yum! You may not want to share.

Interesting food good atmosphere and lovely staff.

A good dessert menu is the key to my heart, and Delissi have it. I suggest the Sticky ginger pear pudding, vanilla bean icecream and cardamon anglaise and the Banana Pecan pudding, salty caramel sauce and vanilla bean ice cream here… so delicious!
