Has to be the friendliest sushi place in Wellington, I have never gone in there and not got a super friendly how are you...

When the sushi queen herself, Beth from Eat and Greet Blog, said that she knew the best sushi bar in Wellington then I could only hope they she would indulge me. And indulge she did. Domo's is incredible! Every time someone wants to meet in town for lunch I make sure I drag them along. What's crazy is that there are no queues, which just makes it even more awesome.

Shameless promotion of this shop because they are awesome, if you try it you understand why!

Sushi is yum

The friendliest Sushi shop ever, all sushi half price after 3 pm, makes smiley faces wit mustard and sauce on the crumbed items!

Domo Sushi looks unassuming but it is the most authentic sushi you can get in Wellington and great value.

It is not just Daniel san's smile and a cheerful greetings which mean this inner city sushi takeaway shop has many loyal followers, he is also serving up Wellington's best sushi (I've lived in Japan I'm allowed to say that!). Daniel refuses to compromise on quality of ingredients which means his sushi is only every so slightly more expensive than the more popular places with lines out the door but the standard of fish and his flawless sushi rice make it worth every yen.
