Last Wednesday was the first time that I'd ever been to this cinema, and to a chicks at the flicks event.  Free bubbles and Gu Pud upon arrival, free goody bag upon entry to the cinema and once seated, the cinema manager came in to thank us for supporting the event and awarded several prizes to seat numbers drawn at random. The facilities were new, spacious & clean.  Staff v. friendly.  I'm currently trying to organise a revisit for next months event :o)

    My family just loves this complex.Especially Gold Class.Made a promise to try to get here at least once a month.

      The popcorn is great and the Kids Club awesome.  I also get regular email updates and special offers.

        these are my favourite event cinemas! fairly new so the chairs are comfortable and modern, not too worn out. Gold Class there too if you wanted a bit more luxury!  The food in gold class is nice and not too expensive, espeically if you go on a tuesday they have great deals. Plenty of parking around! free also, although has a 4 hour limit  and i've heart many stories of cars being clamped so if your planning on going shopping then seeing a long movie would pay to keep that in mind. great location in the mall also, right by the food court if you wanted to get a quick snack and by the door looking out towards the albany lakes. very nicely designed entrance! also plenty of nice bars and cafe surrounding the outside.

          Great cinema, the seats are probably one of the best in the cinema's I've been too. Staff are very friendly, and go out of their way to help (had to carry lots of food by myself, staff went and found me a carry bag for it all). I would go back again and again to Albany - not my local either!

            I always choose Event Cinemas Albany because is located inside the Westfield shopping mall, right next to the food court. Today I took my 4 year old boy and he was delighted to see a big Smurf walking around and meeting other kids. My son also loves the great selection of games in the complex, specially the racing cars. I think Event Albany stands out as a whole. Top marks Event Cinemas Albany!!

              i have been here on many occasions and they havent disappointed me yet, the staff pleasant and the movie theaters have plenty of room. foot room is the most important for me cause i like to be able to move and stretch in a movie. not like pother poxy manky cinemas that have hardly any other room to move. i must say i am very impressed with event cinemas.

                I've been going to this cinema since it opened and have never been disappointed. It is clean and tidy, and the staff are pretty good. The self-booking machines by the entrance make it even easier - so you can bypass the long lines. Totes love Cheap Tuesday!

                  I don't go to the flicks very often, but from now on Ill choose this complex when possible. It was clean, with a perfect climate controller. On to it staff and not too pricy popcorn. The movie was blaming awesome as well which definitely helped my impression of the place I imagine :)

                    Went to see happy feet 2 tonight, it was very busy but with good service a great time. The movie was awesome too!
