Fitzpatrick’s Brewing Co was opened at Pyes Pa in 2012 by local couple Craig and Catherine Fitzpatrick. You can order their range of five brews online or head to their Pyes Pa brewery to fill a flagon on Friday nights between 3.30pm and 6.30pm. You can also get it on tap at local restaurants Mills Reef and Sommerset Cottage in Bethlehem and Vaudeville at the Mount.
