The food emporium inside Fresha is a dream, not everything in there is organic but there is a lot for a non-organic store. Everything is fresh however and that’s one of the most important things. The deli section is amazing with so many options to choose from you might need a few minutes to decide! They’re stocked with cheeses and pates galore with different crackers that would be prefect for a wine and cheese night!

Great little food emporium. I often stop here for fresh fish. #shoutme

Fresha is a café and deli located just before you hit the one way (On the corner of Devon and Morley Street). It’s a bit on the pricy side of things, BUT you do get what you pay for so that proves the products they sell are true to its name! They sell things that are great to go out and have a nice healthy picnic now that it’s spring time. Things like fancy cheeses, meats, wine, fruit, jams and chutneys, and pre-packaged meals that are ready to eat. The café has delicious food also and is open from 9 to 5 in case you’d prefer to eat in.

Great cafe in New Plymouth, and is attached to Fresha Fisheries, so you can have a wander round the grocery store while you're waiting for your coffee #cafetab
