The ultimate for those after a unique bar-going experience, the Ginger Minx bar in Mt Eden pride themselves on providing amazing service, great drinks and solid banter. Yes, it's an Auckland nightclub - but without being in the centre of the city and without the cover charge!

Open Wednesdays through Saturdays, the atmosphere is akin to that ubiquitous house party of a mate of a mate - the one where everyone's smiling and having a legendary night. Come in and enjoy yourself with a few beers, good times and free wi-fi!

Best little bar by far!

    Every time I walk into this place I feel like its the first time I walk in, all over again. Ginger Minx has a funky, kitsch, modern feel all wrapped into a cozy corner of Mt Eden. It’s the kind of place you could go for an after work drink and do a bit of people watching, or arrive at later on a Friday night and boogie the night away with some fresh beats and a cocktail in hand. My kind of bar.

        This little beauty is tucked away just off Dominion Rd on Valley rd is Ginger Minx. Ornate decor, sumptuous sofas, nooks to hide in, eclectic edgy art and posters on the wall, fantastic beats and a real log fire to relax in front of. Stop in for a drink. Try a cocktail. Something there to please every palette and ease you into the rest of the week.

          Cool funky local to mt eden. Quirky and mix of students and local lovers of house and eclectic music... Great cocktails too

              with fireplaces and comfy couches to ward off the winter chills. If you're lucky they'll have mulled wine on the menu. It becomes a funky summer hangout too. Highly recommended.

                Have been to Ginger Minx a couple of times, but kind of forget it's there!  Love the atmosphere of the place - quite kicked back with a lot of places to hang.  Haven't tried the food, but stoked that Tiger is on tap.  Will have to visit again soon!

                  Cute little local bar. Sometimes the staff can come across a little pretentious, but mainly it's great.

                    A great little spot, quirky decor, neat little wine list, cute cocktails and ENTER THE DRAGON on the TV. That's my memories of Ginger Minx and I'm sticking to them! If you're in the neighborhood it's definitely worth a peek.
