Handmade Burgers

This place makes amazing burgers. Been going for years now. Only one big let down? Watching staff rolling cigarettes…..hopefully it wad a one off, but not nice to watch either way.

I find most of the vegetarian options at Handmade to be too spicy but I love the Tempe burgers with plum sauce. So tasty and original! The beef burgers are delicious too and really filling. My only complaint would be that they often seem to run out of things at Handmade, limiting burger choices and milkshake flavours. As most of the seating is outdoors this place is a great choice in summer or for take-aways.

OMG there are so many good burgers on the menu, and they are huge. So delicous. If you are in kingsland area definitely a must try.

Seriously, Handmade Burgers in Kingsland make far and away the best burgers in Auckland - and have been awarded so for many years now. I always order a vegetarian options (tofu, tempe or falafel) or the fish. All of which are huge, hearty, fresh and tasty. Generous patties, varied salad and quality well-matched dressings. Everything you'd ever want in a burger. See you there every Friday!

Handmade burgers has the best burgers i have ever tasted. Unlike other major burger outlets, the taste is fresh and the quality products used are evidential.

I like these burgers. They're made freshly while you wait. A good variety of choices, even if you're vegetarian. They've just kitted out the outside bit with more seating and larger/flatter surface area so with summer coming you can eat your burger right there while watching the eclectic Kingsland foot-traffic.
