I love La Porchetta and was so excited to find out there was one in Central Auckland! Delicious and affordable food :)

So many different choices and options, pizzas and pastas and plenty to choose from, also offers vegetarian which was nice too! Good, fast service, my favourite italian place! #shoutme

Definitely one of my most reliable places to go in the CBD when I feel like comfort food and wear my 'stretchy' skirts/pants to accommodate the generous portions. I have been here for lunches & dinners and I can honestly say I never get disappointed. No offence, but it's like MacD's where you know exactly what it's going to taste like and it delivers the same consistency every time - fantastic! The service is relaxed without being stalker-ish and the price is extremely affordable. I brought my 19mo child in the other day and without prompting the waiter rushed over with some 'playdough' made out of the pizza dough so she could entertain herself while we perused the menu - NOBODY does that anywhere!

I LOVE pasta and my friends and I always eat here for dinners and catch ups. Customer service is awesome and such a friendly environment. I would love to come back and dine again with my partner and show him why I like eating here.

Family-friendly and affordable, La Porchetta in the CBD has good pizza, good pasta and good service. I like than you can pick which pasta you want; I’m a big fan of the bolognese with tortellini. The portion sizes are pretty big, so you can eat half and take the rest home for lunch the following day. And you can order to take away as well, which is really convenient when you’re not keen to cook but don’t want to go out.

They actually make quite a good pizza for a chain restaurant. Try the margarita, I liked it, so that means you probably would too.

Been here multiple times for various occasions- lunch & dinner. Great service. Very good value for money and good italian! Definitely must try. You will probably become an instant fan like me and many others!

Great for take away as the atmosphere inside isnt the best too dine but the pizza's are fantastic and the service is very quick and attentive ! I always come here and get take away pizza twice a weekly it is actually really cheap and if your having a few drinks in ponsonby its a great spot. I'm a bit obesessed with the pizza's from this place!
