it's always good place to be - if you can afford it))

    I went here for dinner once. The food took quite a while coming out. However, it had been a busy night and they had great service and the food (especially the ribs) was really nice. I would come here again.

      Came here a few times. With friends- no problems with service, food or paying separately. Very nice banoffee pie! For birthday, younger sisters- It was so busy though that we waited an hour for the food to arrive. This ruined the night. Everything else was great: service, food

        Love the views from the second level. Great service with really friendly staff who are always going the extra mile to make your dining experience worthwhile. Lovely food that never disappoints - also loved the FREE dessert on my birthday!

          Huge food portions, great friendly staff. Highly recommend the ribs and kahlua and Moro bar cheesecake! Delish!

            Lone star do big meals and offer fantastic deals a nice option for a family meal out but the only dissapointment is you can't book a table in advance. The food is yummy and the service is good, a great night out for a group or a nice dinner for two.

              Awesome atmosphere, and a wide range of food at a reasonable price. We come here a lot for birthdays and I love it! My favourite meal are their ribs :D

                Went out for dinner with the family. Lovely food, but some of our meals didn't come out at the same time as the others, so half the table had already finished the dinner before the others even got their food.

                  We went along to Lone Star Takapuna tonight for my father's birthday. The food was brilliant, and even though it was late (due to an understandable human error!) they more than made up for it, and even brought out a special birthday dessert for dad! We are more than happy to go back again. Many thanks to all the staff for a lovely evening!

                    We went to Lone Star Cafe & Bar for our 20th wedding anniversary. The food was excellent with large portions. Loved the ribs! Our waitress asked if it was a special occasion and then at the end of the meal she brought us a dessert with a candle on top. Very impressed! Can't wait to go back again!
