I love Asian-fusion. And boy does Macau do it well! I've been on a soup buzz this winter and sometimes the usual suspects get a bit boring, so I thought I'd give their ramen (Japanese noodle soup) a try. It did not disappoint! Packed with flavour, their was a party in my mouth. If you have experienced the joy that is ramen, pop down to Macau and give it a try.
