    Wow - such a discovery. Found what I'd been looking for at last. Want to go back and explore more.

      Tucked away off New North Rd, this fabulous bulk food shop is a serious visit for those needing Indian spices.

        This place is a haven for cheap spices - both Indian and European. You will literally pay a small fraction of the cost that you would in the supermarket, and it is all pack your own, so you can choose exactly how much you want. They also have a huge selection of dried legumes, beans, rice, flours, nuts, dried fruit etc. You will honestly be amazed at how much you can get for a few dollars. This place is very unassuming from the outside, it's easy to miss, but look for the sign above an inconspicuous door in a big cream building. They have customer parking too.
