This place is so convenient! It’s literally a stones throw from the park benches of Mair Park. I remember coming here as a kid while my parents picnicked about, we swam around splashing and skipping stones! The perfect spot for parents to bring their kids, and an awesome place to stop off for a refreshing dip after hiking the tracks to Parahaki. So bring some togs and a loaf of bread for the ducks!
