Mecca Cosmetica is a one stop shop for makeup and beauty products. They have sumptuous colour from Nars, Stila, By Terry, Hourglass and more as well as powerful skincare from Origins, Perricone MD, Eve Lom, Ren, Malin+Goetz just to name a few. You can also pick up luxurious candles and fragrance from Comme des Garcons and Diptyque.

    I'm not a big makeup wearer (apart from on my eyebrows, which are always coloured in). Despite this, I love visiting Mecca Cosmetica with my mum on our weekend hang-outs. They have this very modern store which is almost laboratory like where gorgeously made up (but not over the top) women can help you find your foundation unicorn. They also have an excellent online store.

      Oh man I love this place! An amazing range of luxury cosmetics, and incredible and hard to find perfumes. And they have Diptyque candles!!

        Everytime I have an occassion to go too, this is the place I visit for all my makeup worries - Chris is the Manager and he is great!! Highly recommended!! The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable about the variety of products in store - from hair to skin to home to fragrance and then there is all the makeup!! Ladies you need a good amount of time to get through the store and fellas there are products in there for you too :)

          This is my favourite shop for cosmetics and skin care products. They stock a few brands which I haven’t seen anywhere else in NZ, like Stila, Talika and Nars... all really awesome and hard to find. The store layout is great and very “Ponsonby” - spacious and easy to get around, everything displayed beautifully. The thing that always strikes me most about Mecca Cosmetica though is the amazing customer service. They’ve got it down perfectly - the girls are friendly and informative without being pushy.
