This centre is my registered medical provider and I couldn't be happier. Have seen a couple of the doctors and been satisfied with their professionalism and timely appointment keeping. The centre is busy but clean and there is a comfortable waiting area near the pharmacy. Will continue to use this centre for future appointments.
This was our medical centre for a number of years. Found it had great opening hours, convenient having so many things under same roof. The reception staff are fantastic, very friendly, helpful and professional. Unfortunately we found that the service from the doctors and nurses was getting gradually worse. The wait times were huge, twice I had to wait over an hour for a scheduled appointment and many times as a walk in "emergency" with my toddler we had to wait over 2 hours. When we did get into the doctors/nurse we then found they rushed us through and did not provide a thorough assessment or support. Eventually we changed to a different centre.
Ive been here quite a few times for various things. The nurses have all been really nice and caring here. The process can take some time as you have to see a nurse then a doctor but its not generally too long. The only thing i didnt like was seeing so many different people. I had the same doctor for 20 years so seeing somebody different each time I didnt like. Each to their own, I am sure youll be able to request a family doctor if you need.
Ive had to go here a couple of times and the medical care has been great. however i did have an incident where the medication made me sick and although he said i could get another prescription from him for free i was not able to get the actual medicine for free even though i just paid for a whole bottle of it, now if i was a resident this would be fine cuz it is cheap, but i am not so my medicine is full price and i do not have the money to just buy another bottle. so i went without it, lucky my body was able to heal itself. also just to make an appointment's is quite expensive when it really doesn't need to be, I pay taxes and everything so it should be a bit cheaper.
This is our family health care centre. The receptionists are friendly and lovely to speak to. They have everything you need on site which is great if the doc asks for blood tests etc to be done. I find that they are quite expensive though and that would be their only downfall. Doctors are lovely and take time to listen to concerns. Recommended as a family health care provider.
