I love the Mexico’s chicken taco with papa, grilled chicken, green tomato salsa, garlic chips and cucumber milk, but my absolute favourite dish is their fried chicken it’s so delicious, especially washed down with their famous margaritas.

    The latest food offering in Christchurch to grace the central city, Mexico is packed every night of the week of revelers enjoying the friendly service, amazing Mexican food and margaritas. The large space means that everyone has access to a table, so you won’t be turned away at the door!

      This place is so new it has even opened yet as I type this! In fact the opening party is TONIGHT. Head down to Mexico which is part of the Auckland-based restaurant chain. It's a whole lot of fun, it's colourful and it's going to be very very popular.
