Drenched in bright colour and bold imagery, with a fast-paced and energetic atmosphere much like the streets of Mexico, MEXICO celebrates the vibrant, fresh and lighter side of this South American cuisine.

In the eclectic front bar or cosy dining area, moodily lit with dripping candles, the food here takes a light and fresh approach to Mexican fare. The flavors are big, spicy and complex. The drinks keep the vibe loud and lively, with jugs of sangria and magaritas, top shelf Tequila and a long list of Mexican beers.

Atmosphere and authentic food

    Went out to Mexico for my birthday and absolutely loved the buzzing atmosphere!!! Fabulous food too!!! Will definitely be going back and recommending to others!!

      Great atmosphere and love the corn chips nibbles at Mexico Food and Liquor on Victoria Street in Hamilton. Can’t wait to try the tacos to go with the litre jug of Sanria we just ordered.
