This store is HUGE! As they are all, and all NZ owed, which is always nice knowing the money you spend here is going back into the community. These guys have it all, I've often wandered in here thinking there is no way they will have what I want, but to my surprise they usually do. Really nice friendy helpful staff to boot!
Mitre 10 Mega has a great central location in Albany and has a very expansive store. The wide range makes it easy to go in confident you will find what you are looking for and if you struggle to find something well the staff are always there to help!. The Layout of this store also makes it very easy to find what you want. The staff also welcomes you and makes the experience a good one and makes me want to come back!
Mitre 10 Mega Albany is by far the best hardware store ever. It surpasses other local competitors such as Bunnings Warehouse with its amazing staff, high quality products and excellent pricing. The cafe is a welcoming environment to have a break and let the kids play in the kids play area. Vast array of products and staff are only too happy to assist you. Excellent advise on hand and after purchase care is second to none.
Every time I have set foot in here to grab something, the staff has always been super helpful and polite. They know where everything is located, which is awesome as well. It's great that they do not put any pressure on you or hover around you while you are picking your item, makes shopping here a pleasure since you can just have a jolly good time looking at all the different equipment they have at your own pace. The cafe on the second floor is also pretty good after a shopping spree and they make a pretty decent flat white as a bonus.
Went to mitre 10 albany looking for a specific lamp which connects to USB drive in the computer. Managed to find it along with other cool products too. I love their lighting area and the whole store is very nicely laid out. People at the counter were friendly but could have been slightly more energetic. Recommend this place to many.
I have always been a fan of Mitre 10 and they continue to impress even to this this day. They have a wide range of products and have happy, helpful staff who know what they are talking about. They also have quite a few staff which makes it easier to ask for advice when in the shop. I like going there and will continue to do so.
