have been a regular customer but unfortunately after spending $500 for minor repairs to car, within 3 days the 'new tyre' deflated so took it back and was charged $20 to check it. A couple of days later something sounded like it was going to blow up so we very slowly made our way back from glen eden to pakuranga. we noticed the belt that had been freshly replaced by moons the week before was destroyed. we took it back to moons the next day because we were on the way to a family funeral and waited for them to open. The manager insisted it was the fault of the car, that it had shredded the belt(???) we insisted on getting them fixing it and getting the $20 returned for faulty tyre. The manager said it was not their fault but ours. about ten days have passed since then, surprise surprise our car has NOT shredded the new a/c belt so I guess it was in fact bad workman ship???!! The tyre has deflated slowly twice but we are so disgusted with the standard of care and honesty with the manager and his workers and Moons we would rather pay for another new tyre because we don't know what they will do to our car this time. Very disgusted and disappointed with the standard of the mechanic who did this work in the first place, but more importantly of the manager who should know what sort of workers he is employing and blaming customers for his own shoddy work. NOT RECOMMENDED
