Great fresh food you can’t always get from your local supermarket, friendly staff who learn your name and welcome you back time and again

An awesome place for your visitor to stock up on local goodies to take home and show off to their friends and family.

Unfortunately I'm not yet in a pay bracket that allows me to do all of my grocery shopping at Moore Wilsons, though, believe me, it's a goal. As it is, I content myself with a trip there every two weeks or so for a single block of gourmet cheese. there's something very aspirational about the fine cheeses, condiments and cuts of meat that make up Moore Wilsons Fresh, and the freshly-squeezed orange juice is as close to an institution a non-caffeinated beverage can be in Wellington. I'm dreaming of the day when my dreams will match up with my pay - but until then, there are usually free cheese samples on offer..

There’s so much good stuff here, I don’t know where to start! Their fresh produce is beautiful and you can find things here that you might struggle to get your hands on at the supermarket. They’ve got a lot of great organic and free range meat which is always good news and they sell delicious cakes and pastries from places like Aro Bake. Careful not to go when you’re too hungry or you might end up emptying your wallet!

You might not pick it, but the staff at Moore Wilsons know a lot about the many alcohol options they have on sale! Get a deal by buying in bulk.

The cheeses! The fresh vegetable and fruit selection! The pastas! The dips! The seafood! The meats! The chocolate! The Bakery! There are a lot of things at Moore Wilsons that make me want to yell "The insert specific word here!" at the top of my lungs.
