I just keep coming back to this one. Mr India Tandoori Restaurant delivers 100 per cent when it comes to adding value to Taupo's indian takeaway scene. These guys make a rock-your-socks off awesome tikka massala and chicken jalf frazee. With some cold winter nights coming up, I know what will be warming me up food-wise.

    I love Indian food as much as I love Thai food, and when you come across a good Indian restaurant like Mr Indian Tandoori, it'll be hard to not have it feature on your list of places to get takeout. I'm a sucker for a good tikka masala and butter chicken, and this place has the goods!

      You can always count on Indian food to be filling, fast and have some amazing specials for those that are a little tight around the wallet area. Dine in (or takeaway) before 7pm and enjoy a succulent butter chicken curry with rice and a huge naan bread for just $15. Or go bananas on their Mon - Weds special of any main curry for just $10. Perfect for groups wanting to share.
