Here is my story. Part of my car's front body kit pulls out after I ran over a rock on the road. I visited a couple of other panel beatings they all told me in order to fix it, they needed to take apart the whole front body kit and re-install it, and it was not going to be cheap as european cars are more complex. Moreover the bookings took at least a week! I just saw this garage on the way back home and decided to get a quote. Brent checked the body kit then brought out a tool which looked like a fork, and started working on the body kit straight away. I thought he was just checking the problem but actually he had already been fixing it. Amazingly after 3 mins he had fixed the body kit and offered me the repair for free. The body kit just looked as good as it was before. I believe this is what's call professional and I highly appreciate their job.
I got amazing service from these guys. I came by and asked for a quote for a window repair. I was surprised that it was less than 50% the quote of two other panel beaters, and the price charged for the part was the same as what car yards charge if I were to go pick it up myself - so I was really happy with the quote! The only thing is I HAD already tried to save money by going ahead and buying the part from a car yard ahead of time - next time I won’t bother. They repaired the car in ten minutes, we’re super professional, and Brent ended up saying Merry Xmas and giving me the repair for free! What a great experience, I’m recommending them to all my friends for sure.
I never expected to be a regular customer, but an unfortunate string of events meant we were back about 4 times within the last year. Who would have thought that getting your car fixed would be such a pleasurable experience. They have a 'friendly, nothing is a problem attitude'. Their service is excellent, fantastic workmanship, and we have never had to wait long. Really nice to know that we aren't being ripped off! They were half the price of some of the other panel beaters that I got quotes from.
