For Panama Bakery’s husband and wife team, Tony and Wendy Fullerton-Smith, the quest for the perfect gluten free treats has led them to create their own delicious gluten free sweets, savouries, cake or biscuits at their very own gluten free bakery. The decadent treats are baked, packed, labelled and distributed daily in a totally gluten free environment.

Wendy and Tony get a kick from helping people with special dietary needs. Positive feedback from their customers is what Panama Bakery lives for - that and the sweet knowledge that gluten free people can still have their cake and eat it too!

Located down a side street off Lambton Quay, this old school bakery has gluten free afghans, caramel slices, chocolate biscuits and so much more. For that gluten free treat that takes you back to childhood, look no further.

    What if I told you gluten free afghans, caramel slices, chocolate biscuits and all the rest of the bakery goods you crave can be found in the Lambton Quarter? You’d be impressed right? It’s all a true story. No lie.

      I always thought that baking without away certain ingredients meant that the taste would suffer as a result....lets just say that this is NOT the case - try it, you'll be surprised!!!!!!

        If there's no gluten free sandwich waiting for you - they'll make whatever you want. . .
