This has been voted best cafe in NZ and it's easy to see why. Great service and outstanding food. Although the cafe was incredibly busy, we weren't kept waiting for anything. Meals and drinks arrived quickly. This place is simply exceptional!! Will definitely be going back.

I love this papermoon because it is so close to the beach and great shops and a.playground. They do.a great breakfast- the only reason i did not rate it better was because it is quite expensive. The kids menu is great and they provide colouring in to keep them busy whch is a boneus for.adults :-)

Paper Moon is always busy, especially on public holidays because there is no surcharge! The staff are friendly and professional and make great reccomendations for their food. I find that it’s very good for breaky in the weekend and they know how to make a great coffee as well ashaving a kids menu. I reckon it could be one of the best cafes in the bays.

This place is always busy...esp during the weekend for Brunch. Met a few friends here and we were seated in the back area. I had the chicken pasta and it was devine...but everything on the menu actually looked pretty good. I would definately go back again

I live up the road from here and frequent this place a lot for good reason. They always have great coffee and a large cabinet selection. They do amazing date and orange scones (which sell out mid-late morning usually) and other small cakes, slices and savoury paninis and salads etc. They also have a large menu which you can order from. (And a restaurant attached to it so you can go any time of the day and expect good coffee and food) Another aspect I really like about this place is that they are open most public holidays and they dont charge a surcharge! Handy walk to the beach as well.
