Drive out of Opotiki on State Highway drive towards Motu Bay for about 41 kilometers the parking lot is on the Northern side of the bridge .

View on google earth use the GPS numbers observe the river and note that in heavy rain it can rise quickly .

To park in this space a self containment certificate is needed for the campervan or motorhome that you are travelling in .
