Pizza Barn is an incredibly popular Waipu restaurant with a rep for delicious pizza, cold beer and an excellent children's area.

You can expect a little wait in the height of summer (it's that popular) but grab a craft beer and wait it out - your meal will be well worth the wait.

What child doesn’t like pizza? I swear they all do. Pizza Barn is fabulously family friendly with a versatile menu. If you’ve got a particularly fussy little one they can easily make something to suit them, like plain cheese on a pizza base, no sauce. Haha whatever keeps them happy! Children love it and I love their varied pizza options too, mmm anything with olives please!

    Take carbs and add cheese and everyone* knows you’ve hit the comfort jackpot. So nab a seat under a heater and tuck into some delicious pizza or pasta with a nice big glass of red wine. Pizza Barn is closed throughout June, reopening on July 2. *I’ve heard rumours about gluten-free options, but dairy-free could be an issue, so maybe not quite everyone.

      For visitors to Waipu, a stop at Pizza Barn is a must-do. Relax with friends or family in the chilled out setting and tuck into some generous pizzas, best when washed down with a cool beer.

          It’s a summer treat for the whole family and we’ve been going since the kids were 3! Always something to entertain them. Great meals for the kids as well as adults. In summer always packed and you usually have to wait - in an awesome bar! Tones of atmosphere / you have to go if you’re in town

            Good spot for lunch after a surf. Casual atmosphere, open and cool when it's hot outside. P.S. Really good value side salad.

              Delicious pizza stacked high with toppings. Share a large one with a friend and you’ll still end up taking a doggy bag home. Best restaurant in Waipu.
