If you’re like me, and you sometimes spend money that was for food on records, then this is a place you ought to go to. Situated in the middle of Cuba St it’s got a wide selection of second hand and new records. With some digging you can find some real gems in here. Especially, but not limited to by any means if you are into electronic based music, this is the record store in Wellington that will likely have what you need, it has an excellent ‘alternative music’ section, and caters for all tastes as well. Definitely worth a browse if you are in town.

    The search for music - music you’ve heard and always wanted to hear again - or music you’ve never heard and will want to hear one thousand times over - is one of the great rainy day pursuits. RPM is that store, with that catalogue. Get amongst it.

      Friendly knowledgeable staff, a fantastic selection of vinyl, cds, dvds and even cassette tapes. If you love music, you can't get past Rough Peel Music.
