Small selection of tasty delicious food stalls and a few nice craft and vintage stalls. The food is all great and the atmosphere is super fun; especially when classic movies like dirty dancing are playing and the whole crowd know all the lines. Definitely recommend the silo night market for a fun Friday evening.

Definitely agree :)

its a beautiful space down in the Silo Park area and i was wondering that after the rugby world cup it would go to waste but i'm glad i wasn't let down. I really enjoy popping down here for a craft beer in the sun on the grass, some tasty fresh market food and a poke around the night markets. There are some cute bits and bobs avalible at a reasonable price and i also like that they have a different DJ there all the time maintaining the good vibes! definitely worth a visit. havnt managed to get to their movie nights yet though!

I LOVE this place!  We are so lucky to have access to a great piece of real estate on the water's edge of Wynyard Quarter.  The market stalls are cute and friendly, the food seductively delicious AND the best bit .... you get to cuddle up under a blanket and watch a FREE movie in the outdoors.  How great is that??  They even bring around samples of choccie biscuits and you can buy or bring your own coffee or hot chocolate.  Keep a lookout for this SPECIAL event coming soon - the cream of the Comedy Festival right on the edge of the Waitemata http://www.facebook.com/events/198555233593501/

Awesome review :)

I have been loving the silo night market and cinema experience this summer. The market is small but offers up creativity in clothing, jewellery and much more from many talented kiwi designers. This is complimented by an array of fantastic food - I had some delicious tacos from the the mexican van and a good cheap pad thai too. With a bar on site and a bottle of wine an affordable $35 you are set, pus they do cash out for the market and if you are organised you can bring down your own food and booze for a picnic on the grass in front of the movie screen. There is even a very quaint popcorn seller and I believe you can hire bean bags for the movie. Going to miss the events over winter.

With only a handful of stalls it's a pretty small market, but there's still plenty of delicious food options to choose from, the highlights being Toro Churro and MexiKai, though the wood-fired pizzas looked pretty good too. There's live music and some crafty stalls, picnic tables and giant bean bags - set amongst the Silos of trendy new Wynyard Quarter, it's altogether more relaxed affair, especially when compared to the buzzing but at times claustrophobic Pakuranga Night Market. A great way to start unwinding for the weekend.

Plenty of seating. There were mussel fritters, tacos, wood fried pizza, paella n churros. We had the mexikai tacos that were mindblowingly fantastic also had the churros fantastic
