If you want a good family meal Speights Ale House has a good menu that suits all ages, there’s an outdoor beer garden and a nice friendly atmosphere. Good place for a family Sunday Lunch with the grandparents and the kids.

    If you’re after a well priced pub meal Speights Ale House is worth a visit - hearty food, generous proportions and good service make for a relaxed enjoyable family night out. Or if you're looking for a place for brekky while you watch an All Blacks World Cup game Speights has you covered. There's a sweet deal on too; 21.90 gets you a big breakfast and a beer wine or coffee. Not bad!

      My favourite pubby pub, great food, lots of screens in separate areas, large outdoor area with gas fire and a great menu. The service here is always good, the food tasty and generous servings and the decor is warm and welcoming. Its usually busy on big sports nights so get there early to get a good seat.
