I love coming here with the family, the casual dining atmosphere is a great accompaniment to good company! They do amazing pub grub with meals for kids, and their fries are top notch; it’s great when they’re too hot to eat when they get to the table! Summer is right around the corner and their outdoor dining area is perfect for lunch as there are umbrellas to shield from those UV rays!
This is one place that has more TV’s than any other pub I’ve seen around, Stumble Inn does not disappoint when sports games are on TV, especially something as serious as the Rugby World cup screenings! Bring your partner, your kids, or just your mates, anything goes here and everyone is welcome. Make sure to come watch a game around a meal time because the portions are huge!
Stumble Inn is a well-loved bar and restaurant in the Merrilands area. They do a fish and chips that is your classic ‘pub grub’ meal, but the quality of every meal is unfaultable. If succulent Gurnard with a beer batter coating isn’t enough to get you interested, you can also choose between a green salad or their signature coleslaw to go with your fish and chips. And of course every fish and chips needs to have tartare sauce on the side!
Sunday roasts go great with watching sporting games, and there is one here every week at Stumble Inn. There is even a playground so it’s suitable for you, your spouse, and the kids. They serve great food to go with your game, from snacks like wedges and pizzas, to full on meals like the surf and turf. I am a sucker for chicken fettuccine and they do an amazing dish of it here. They also have quiz nights which are a laugh then the sports are always on afterwards, so on Tuesdays; it’s a win-win scenario!
